How to Make Your Life More Positive.

Many of us want to make our lives more positive. But only few know how to do it. Let’s look at several simple sings which will make our lives more happy and interesting. Firs tip, if you want to improve your life it is already good beginning. Because everything begins from your willingness.
1. "A healthy mind in a healthy body". It has been proven many times that physical activity makes live happier. People who take up sports suffer less from depression. Try it. You will lose nothing. At least you will be healthy.
2. Let negative things and people go. We spend many of our energy to negative stuff. If something negative happened ask yourself – weather it is so important? Will it affect all your life? If it isn’t you better let it go.
3. Sleep well. Scientist proved that people, who sleep 7 hours a day and more, are less aggressive. If you work hard let yourself rest. It is simple situation.
4. Spent more time with your friends and family. Forbes Magazine made a survey “What makes your life happy?”And how do you think what was top 3 in things this list? Friends, family and faith in God.
5. Admit what you are. Love yourself. Love in general positive thing. And if you want to love someone or something you better begin with yourself.
